COVID-19 and Our Offices UPDATE


We mentioned the possibility that we might be closing our offices to the public when we posted last. We really hate that it has come to this, but for the safety of our staff and you, our customers, we are choosing the conservative path and closing our offices to the public. 

Business as Usual -

We are still working to maintain the caliber of service that you rely on from us. We know that you depend on us for your insurance needs and our staff is still working diligently to make sure you have the help you need. We have staff available from 9-5 every weekday and an agent on call for emergencies as well. 

What's NOT Usual -

We are NOT opening our doors to the public at any of our locations. 

What You Can Do

We want to ask for your help in keeping our staff and you safe and healthy. Policy changes, bill payments, new policies and general questions can all be handled via phone calls or email. We ask that, for any business pertaining to your account, please call 937-444-2988. Our staff would be happy to assist you over the phone, and we can email any forms or paperwork if need be. You can also email us at info@paulhall.com or click HERE to find the email of the specific person you are wanting to speak with. 

Payments can also be placed in the night deposit box at most of our locations.

We're Still Here

We are still here. We also have our 24/7 on-call emergency service. That never stops. We will always be here when you need us.
